An "Imprint" (Impressum) is a legal-notice page required for commercially or professionally operated websites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and some other jurisdictions, identifying who is legally responsible for the site's content. It isn't a standard requirement in New Zealand, where this site is operated from, but it's included here for visitors from jurisdictions that expect one. This is not a substitute for legal advice.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As an individual operator based in New Zealand rather than a registered EU trader, we are not obligated to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, though we're happy to resolve any concern directly — see our Contact page.

As the operator, NextG Design is responsible for its own content on this site under general law. Where this site links to external third-party websites (for example, the CDN that hosts the open-source AI model used by the Background Remover, referenced in our Privacy Policy), we have no influence over and accept no responsibility for that third-party content.
