Two ways to blur

Blur whole photo applies an even blur across the entire image — useful for a soft background image, a placeholder, or de-emphasizing a busy photo. Paint blur lets you brush blur onto just the parts you choose — a face, a license plate, a document, or anything else you'd rather obscure before sharing — while leaving the rest of the photo untouched.

This uses the browser's native Canvas blur filter, so it runs fast and locally — your photo is never uploaded. Note that a blur can sometimes be reversible with enough effort at high strengths on simple content; for anything sensitive, use a strong setting and check the result carefully before sharing.
